At Carré Blanc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium home linens. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account portal and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Carré Blanc packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products remain in pristine, resellable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned linens, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
